Three types of classes are offered at our offices. Read below for more

Birth Your Way Childbirth
Preparation Classes
Our childbirth preparation classes are offered at our office by Teresa
Fischer, a childbirth preparation instructor and certified doula, whose
desire it is to help you make your birth uniquely yours. Click

This series recommended for first-time parents and for couples whose previous
classes did not prepare them for natural birth. Teresa uses many interesting
and innovative teaching methods. A couple who previously birthed with
the midwives will speak at your class. Movies, hands-on activities, and
a labor rehearsal keep the class interesting.
Classes are grouped into a five week series costing $150. To find out
when a new series begins, please call the office during normal business
hours at (908) 852-3443.
- Learn methods to help you cope with the physical and emotional
demands of your child's birth day.
- You and your partner will gain insight into the wonder and challenge
of childbirth.
- Interact with other women, especially those who have had positive
birth experiences.
- Meet other clients in the practice and make friends.
